SHIPPING: We ship worldwide. All orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. SALES TAX: We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a New York address.
RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (347) 469-0432 to recieve an RA number. You must get an RA number within 15 days of the original order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this time, unless of course the fault is ours. However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. ALL FOOD, SALE AND REDUCED PRICE SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
DAMAGES: If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
