Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed 5 days prior to the first class with a 15% administration fee. For courses that meet 3 or more times, every effort will be made to allow up to 1 make-up per course if a student must cancel but is not guaranteed. No refund will be given if make-ups can not be scheduled. The school will not provide make-ups or refunds for programs missed as a result of no-shows, lateness, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control without 5 days notice.

Every student progresses at a different pace therefore we cannot guarantee you will finish your project at the conclusion of each session. If you do not finish, instructions for finishing at home will be provided or you may schedule studio time for $20/hour including machine, space, and instruction.
