We ship worldwide. All orders will be processed and shipped within two to three business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Payments

We offer secure online ordering through PayPal. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. Alternatively, if you prefer, we are happy to accept orders via telephone. Give us a call at 347-722-5836. We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a New York address.

Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt. No exchanges or returns without receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange it, please email [email protected] or call (347) 722-5836 to recieve an RA number for online orders within 15 days of receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. ALL FOOD, SALE AND REDUCED PRICE SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchanges in-store or online.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier. Thank you for your business.
