This introductory sewing class is our most basic class for those wanting to learn how to use a sewing machine. This 2 hour workshop will get you comfortable threading a machine, winding a bobbin, and using a machine to make basic straight or zig zag stitches. We will also discuss useful tools in home sewing. You’ll walk away from this class with cloth napkins made by you and lots of practical knowledge!

For this class the STUDENT PROVIDES:

• 1/2 yard of a light weight, woven cotton pre-washed, pre-shrunk
• Matching thread
